1 on 1 Recruiting Mentor
Work with swimmers at premier schools to develop the best plan for your college recruiting process and then execute on that plan. We pair you with swimmers who have been through the recruiting process and are extensively trained to guide you from “do I want to swim in college?” to stepping on campus for the first day of class. Our mentors are armed with game changing resources to help you with everything from researching schools to making the best impression possible.
One Time Consults
Need to talk to an expert once? Sign up for a consultation to develop a recruiting plan, answer one-off questions, or get guidance on a specific part of the recruiting process (like scholarships or a setting up a specific profile like SwimCloud). Our mentors have been through this process and are extensively trained to help you with any part of the recruiting process. We’ll match you with somebody perfect for your situation who has similar experiences!

Get access to our best in class resources, including up to date time databases, recruiting timelines, email templates, checklists, reports on the recruiting landscape, contact information, and reviews of programs from swimmers at them. We even have a custom trained AI to parse through our resources! Our resources are kept up to date and we are constantly adding to them. All of our mentors go through USA Swimming’s Athlete Protection Training (APT) Program once a year
Our mentors are carefully vetted in our interview process and only receive an interview if they are referred by a mentor in our network
We use a third party service to conduct thorough background checks on all prospective mentors
Parents can attend any meeting they would like to supervise, ask questions, or just listen
